Refund policy

Refund 

All our cakes are non-returnable or refundable. All sales are final. We do not accept any returns, refunds or exchange of orders once the items have left our premises either by way of delivery or self pick up. We will thoroughly and wholly inspect all our items before sending them out to ensure you the best quality & condition is being sent out.  

Cancellation & Amendment 

No cancellation is allowed once your order is being confirmed. For amendment, please kindly contact us via Whatsapp your delivery details 48 hours before. 

Two Men Baker will not be responsibilities for late, non-deliveries or cake(s) damaged during the deliver process under the following circumstances:

  • The receiver is not present at the address given during the delivery period 
  • No such person at the given address
  • The address given is incorrect or insufficient
  • The receiver refuses to accept the item due to not being aware of someone’s ordering. Buyer needs to inform/alert the receiver beforehand to avoid any mis-understanding. Refusal of any item by receiver is considered as delivered. No request refund will be made.
  • No valid contact number or receiver is not picking up the calls after trying reasonable attempts to contact the receiver. 
  • No request for refund will be entertained for non-delivery due to the perishable nature of our products.
  • In rare circumstances, late delivery is beyond our control. Two Men Baker will not be held liable for any claims. 

Damage and Issue

Upon receiving your orders, please kindly inspect to ensure all your items are correct. 

For any wrong orders/incomplete orders, please notify us at least 3 hours upon receiving the items. All items should be unconsumed and are in its original state for a refund or exchange of a product.
