Required Information for Delivery

• Provide recipient’s full name (first and last).

• Include a complete address recognizable on Google Maps.

• Ensure the recipient’s full contact number is accurate.

Delivery Address Specifications

• Address must be identifiable on Google Maps.

• Double-check the address for accuracy before placing your order.

For company/apartment addresses:

Unit number provided is for driver reference (e.g., security or navigation).

No direct delivery to individual units in high-rise/multi-story buildings.

Inaccessible locations:

Delivery will be to the nearest accessible point.

Recipients must collect from this point; delivery fees are non-refundable.

Coverage: Areas within 50KM radius from the store (KL and Selangor areas).

Free Delivery: Within 25KM radius.

Fees by Distance:

Fees are auto-calculated at checkout.

Multiple Addresses/Orders

• One order applies to ONE address, date, and time slot.

• Separate orders required for multiple addresses or different dates/times.

Delivery Time Slot

• Orders delivered within the selected time frame.

• No specific times (e.g., “after 12PM”) can be guaranteed.

Delays: Traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may impact timing.

Refunds/re-deliveries are not provided for late arrivals.

Extreme Weather: Refunds provided in cases of non-delivery.

Consider self-pickup if precise timing is critical.

Changes to Delivery Details

• Contact via WhatsApp at least 48 hours before delivery to make changes.

• Changes may not be guaranteed after this period.

High-rise/Multi-storied Building Deliveries

• No deliveries to individual units.

• Deliveries are made to:

Drop-off point.

Ground floor (where parking isn’t required).

• Items may be left in a specified location if the recipient isn’t present.
