• Upon receiving your eclairs, refrigerate it for at least 1-2 hours. Please avoid freezing the eclairs
• When you're ready to serve the eclairs, you can consume it directly from the fridge.
• For optimum taste, we recommend consuming the cake within same day. However, it can be safely stored in the chiller for up to 2-3 days if required. Enjoy!
